 Since neither of the partners, Abdulla H. Al-Mutawa Sons' Co. nor Samyong NDT Co. are public companies, the Company benefits from freedom from shareholder pressure. AMSYCO has therefore been able to concentrate on satisfying its clients and consolidating and strengthening its organizational structure.
With customer satisfaction as the prime objective, AMSYCO has always resisted pressure to over-diversify, preferring instead to concentrate on those activities for which it has gained a reputation for quality and reliability. Any diversification or expansion has been carefully measured against market requirements and trends. This has ensured that available resources are properly channelled and effectively utilized.
With a structured marketing and operating policy in place, combined with a strong organizational structure, AMSYCO is in an ideal position to extend its capabilities and scope of activities; to develop new alliances with other companies and to explore and secure new business opportunities.
In order to further build upon the Company's present areas of expertise and to respond to the stated needs of clients AMSYCO will continue to invest in specialized equipment and systems either directly or in partnership with quality manufacturers and service providers.
Although the Company will be expanding its operations both within and outside the Gulf Region, Saudi Arabia will continue to be centre of AMSYCO's activities for the foreseeable future given the Kingdom's program to attract major foreign investment in downstream projects.
AMSYCO will continue to expand into areas which are not directly related to its core business of Non-destructive testing and Inspection. This includes training and certification, engineering and construction supervision, and management consultancy.
