Duties include the supervision of other NDT Technicians and the performance of film interpretation to client and industry standards. Will be required to undertake any other NDT work as necessary.
Must successfully qualify by examination to Level II in film interpretation including written general and specific papers and a practical examination. These qualifications are renewable every three years.

Duties include: Industrial radiography (Gamma), magnetic particle testing, dye penetrant testing and ultrasonic thickness measurement (using "D" meter or equivalent).
Must be fully conversant with Non-destructive Testing techniques, procedures, standards and industry codes (e.g. API-1104, ANSI B31.3, AWS D1.1).

Duties include: Ultrasonic flaw detection (Phased Array / ToFD) and thickness measurement, magnetic particle and dye penetrant testing.

- Qualified to ASNT Level II in RT, MT, PT, and UT
- Must have knowledge of ASME Sec. V, API 1104, ANSI B-31, AWS D1-1.
- Fully conversant with API 650, ASME Sec. VIII & ASME Sec. V
- With Working Experience of at least 3 years in flaw detection.
- Familiar with USL-32, USK-6 OR USK-7 (KRAUTKRAMER).
- English Comprehension necessary.
- Capability of driving a vehicle is a plus factor. (Pick-up or sedan)

Must have the training, education and experience required to qualify as an American Welding Society-Certified Welding Inspector (AWS-CWI), or equivalent.
Must be competent in film interpretation with a thorough knowledge of industry codes such as: AWS D1.1, API 620 or 650, ANSI B31.4 or B31.8, ASME section V & IX or equivalent standards.
A minimum of 5 years industrial experience is required including at least 6 years experience in Welding Inspection.

Must have the training, education and experience required to meet the requirements of the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors, or equivalent.
Must be competent in film interpretation with a thorough knowledge of industry codes such ANSI B31.3 or equivalent standards.
A minimum of 12 years industrial experience is required including at least 6 years experience in Plant & Equipment Inspection.

Must have background experience or thorough knowledge of fabrication or manufacturing of Coded Pressure Vessel, Columns and Heat Exchanger Units. With a minimum of five (5) years experience (continuous). Preferably having an active Mechanical Engineering background or have been a Welder by previous experience and has related developed skills in the discipline.
Has full knowledge of the inspection requirements of static equipments per ASME Section VIII, TEMA from material preparation, and fit-up assembly to full welding. Can read and interprets fabrication working drawings.
Has complete familiarization and working knowledge of Industry Codes and Standards. Has knowledge of materials specification per code.
Must have a valid up to date AWS-CWI or CSWIP Certificates.

Must have background experience or thorough knowledge of assembling and dynamic testing of rotating equipments, that is, Centrifugal, single and stages Pumps; Fans and Centrifugal Blower; Hermetic type Air Compressor units and related other rotating equipments.
Understands and has full working knowledge in methods and specification of installation, alignment, dynamic performance testing and operations check.
Preferably having an active Mechanical Engineering background or have been a Journeyman and has related developed skills in the discipline. With a minimum of five (5) years experience (continuous).

Must have background experience or thorough working knowledge and ability of all phases and types of Coating and Painting application and methods and recognized industry standards. Preferably experienced in protective coating and painting of Refinery/Plant static equipments such as, Coded Pressure Vessel, Columns and Heat Exchanger Units, Storage Tanks and Fabricated Spools and Stand Pipes. With a minimum of five (5) years experience (continuous), and has related developed skills in the discipline.
As minimum qualification, must have a valid up to date BGAS-CSWIP, Grade 2-Painting Certificates.

Must meet the qualification requirements of a journeyman electrician, or equivalent.
Must demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of codes such as The National Electrical Code / NFPA 70, or equivalent standards.
A minimum of 12 years industrial experience is required including at least 6 years experience in Electrical Inspection.

Must be a High School graduate with Technical College training (2 years) or equivalent and with 8 years experience. Alternatively a High School graduate with 13 years experience in quality control and quality assurance.
Must demonstrate a through knowledge of national codes and fabrication methods. Shall perform specialized inspection and testing of petrochemical processing equipment and materials, plants surveys and audits to verify vendor compliance with purchase orders and engineering standards.
A minimum of 6 years experience in Vendor Inspection is required.

Must have current Level III certification issued by ASNT or equivalent in one or more methods i.e. UT, MT. PT, RT, ET etc.
Must be capable of fulfilling the full scope of a practicing Level III including, but not limited to: method application, interpretation of results, interpretation of national codes and standards, preparation of procedures, training of Level I and Level II personnel, etc.
A minimum of 12 years industrial experience is required including at least 6 years experience in the particular methods.
